We are discontinuing support for the use of some ciphers due to the potential attacks and other vulnerabilities on our Webex Campaign platform. During this maintenance, we will also enable the support for TLS 1.3. If for any reason this maintenance period is extended or cancelled, we will advise you accordingly.

Beginning 1st April 2025, WhatsApp will temporarily pause the sending of marketing template messages to users with United States phone numbers to improve the consumer experience. Therefore, we advise clients not to send WhatsApp marketing template messages to US numbers. Once this restriction is in place, attempts to send these messages will fail, and you will receive an error code: 131049 within additional_info, as previously communicated for other marketing message limitations. Description

Dear Customer, Beginning 1st April 2025, WhatsApp will temporarily pause the sending of marketing template messages to users with United States phone numbers to improve the consumer experience. Therefore, we advise clients not to send WhatsApp marketing template messages to US numbers. Once this restriction is in place, attempts to send these messages will fail, and you will receive an error code: 131049 within additional_info, as previously communicated for other marketing message limitations.
