Ticket number: WxC-CHG0012351 Description of Maintenance: The SSL certificate for the following domain(s) is expected to be updated starting on May 21st 2024. *.us.webexconnect.io & *.imiconnect.io This certificate renewal may impact customers who use our HTTPS, SMTP with TLS, or SMPP with TLS API endpoints and have imported the certificate into a local certificate store. Customers who have not added our certificate, intermediate or root certificates to any certificate trusts should not be impacted. If you import our certificate, intermediate or root certificates into your local trust store and need the updated certificate(s), please contact webexcpaas.techsupport@cisco.com. We strongly advise against implementing certificate pinning for our services, as this security measure can complicate the certificate renewal process and potentially lead to service disruptions. AT&T advise that that MO (mobile originating) messages may also be impacted as they continue to investigate the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
