[Identified] Please be advised that we have observed High API call volume on the Singapore Meta developer app. The TechSupport team has done initial analysis confirmed that message exchanges from the Singapore site only has around hundred messages in 30 days and this token is not being used from any Production or Pre-Production instance. A case has raised with Meta. The Product team has disabled the Singapore developer app with immediate effect, i.e., at 17/09/2024 13:30 UTC, to stop API calls being made using the Singapore access token and will re-instate it only once we have proper information from Meta about this issue.
